Documents, unlike templates, allow for more open-ended content production in a familiar Google Docs-like environment. 

Documents should be used to write lengthier pieces of content such as blog entries, emails, social media posts, or books. In a later course, you will learn more about how to use docs.

To access documents, go to the left-hand tab and select Documents.
