Why did this happen?

Our AI has a content filter. The purpose of the filter is to detect sensitive information or potentially unsafe generated text. Filters focus more on the intent of sentences and images than on actual words. This means that filters flag content based on the intent of the content. As far as we know, filters make mistakes, but they're made to be safe to play. This message will appear in the app to warn you that what you've typed will not pass the content filter. 

What do you do when you receive a message?

First, look at the entire paragraph and try to understand which potential intent is being flagged. Now try to replace the highlighted word. If you don't know the highlighted words, search for the words "unsafe" or "sensitive".

Second, kindly be patient and write us an email at [email protected]. We will react to and evaluate each use case that may have received a false positive from the content filter. Please include what information was flagged in your reply. Please keep in mind that the content filter will legitimately prevent some use cases. Not all inputs that obtain this notification are erroneous. 

Why aren't you able to provide us with a list of "sensitive" words?

It's critical to recall that Ai-Wordsmith is educated on purpose and context rather than a list of words. There is no list of "sensitive" phrases, or we would have shared it with you. Ai-Wordsmith utilizes context to determine what material is sensitive and what is not.

Restricted Content

Furthermore, some use cases, such as (but not limited to) adult subjects and material, are regrettably not permitted by our AI partners. We value your patience. An excerpt from our terms and conditions on material limitations follows:

"The Company is not responsible for the Service's users' content." You expressly acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the Content and all action that happens under Your account, whether performed by You or any third party using Your account.

You may not send any Content that is illegal, offensive, upsetting, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unacceptable. Some examples of such offensive Content include, but are not limited to:

• Illegal or encouraging illegal behavior.
• Defamatory, discriminating, or derogatory material, including allusions to or comments on faith, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin, or other targeted groups.
• Spam, whether produced by machine or arbitrarily, that constitutes unauthorized or unwanted advertising, chain letters, any other form of unlawful begging, or any lotto or gaming.
• Containing or installing any viruses, worms, malware, trojan horses, or other content that is designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the operation of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment, or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any third-party data or other information.
• Violation of any party's proprietary rights, including a patent, brand, trade secret, copyright, right of notoriety, or other rights.
• Impersonating anyone or anything, including the Company and its workers or agents.
• Invading the private of a third party.
• Any mature themes and/or content that violates our AI partner's content censor rules and policies, such as sexual encounters, pornography, erotica, video services, escort services, adult devices and stores, and so on...
• Inaccurate facts and characteristics.

The Company retains the right, but not the duty, to decide whether or not any Content is suitable and in accordance with these Terms, and to reject or delete such Content in its sole discretion. The Company also retains the right to alter the structure and style of any Content. If You upload such objectionable Content, the Company may also restrict or terminate Your use of the Service. You consent to use the Service at your own risk because the Company cannot control all material posted by users and/or third parties on the Service. You understand that by using the Service, You may be exposed to content that You may find offensive, indecent, incorrect, or objectionable, and You agree that under no circumstances will the Company be liable in any way for any content, including any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content."
